Pray for the Frontier Region of Rio Grande do Sul. This is the heartland of the Gaúcho culture and is one of the great barriers to the expansion of the Gospel. The strong tie to their traditions has blocked the people from hearing the life-changing message of Jesus as Lord and Savior. This is the least populated region of the state with many people living on ranches and small farms or in scattered cities. It covers an area as large as the state of Maryland and yet has only ten congregations to reach the close to 800,000 people.
